uh… I think I started this with some sort of point in mind, but honestly it just ended up being me learning how to draw a goshdang skeleton.

also I think I accidentally gave myself the headcanon that Sans is a little self-conscious of how, like… ‘’’skinny’’’ he is? how actually ‘bare bones’ he is, if you’ll excuse my punny word choice. S’why he wears baggy clothes and stuffs a pillow so it looks like he has more of a belly. Maybe it’s his way of trying to blend in a little more.

and I guess, uh, I made it so he was afraid Toriel would find it a little weird, but I mean, they’re monsters…. and of course, she doesn’t! Sans, you silly guy.

also I mean the world just needs more soriel in general anyway, sooooooo

yesterday was bad and I doodled this hoping it would make me feel better

somehow it actually made me feel worse for a while but I’d been working on it too long by then, and by the time I finished it that feeling passed and I just wasn’t sure how I felt about it
